Image

Negroni is a festive summer beverage that started in Venice and is an alteration to the existing cocktail Americano (According to Anthony Bourdain). An additional spriti, gin was added to this Americano cocktail to create what we call negroni. It can be served as an aperitif. It consists of only just 3 ingredients; Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Campari. Add all with ice and mix, an orange slice is optional. This drink will grow on you!

Ingredients:
1/3 Gin
1/3 Sweet Vermouth
1/3 Campari
Ice

Preparation:
Poured over ice and stir!

Garnish:
Orange Slice (Optional)

*There are a couple of variations of Negroni, for example the Gin can be swapped with either Mezcal (+9 Piedre Almas) or Cognac!
