From Speyside's Glen Moray distillery comes a 12 year old single cask single malt, independently bottled by the fine folks over at Douglas Laing. This was distilled in May 2004 and left to mature for a dozen years in a refill hogshead, before being bottled in February 2017 as part of the Provenance range.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Attractively barley based and sweet with suggestions of maple syrup and summer fruit.
Palate: Sweet, round and full of chewy cereal flavours and interesting spices tempered with a sprinkle of late salt.
Finish: Rolls all the characteristics into one warming melange.
